In the heart of musical innovation emerges Vännäs Kasino, a powerhouse ensemble known for their electrifying performances and swift musical prowess. What initially sprouted as a pandemic project has blossomed into a fully-fledged band, seamlessly blending experience and passion to create a distinctive sound. At the core of Vännäs Kasino’s sonic tapestry is a lineup rich in musical history. Leading the charge is Sara Almgren, a bassist and vocalist best known for her performance in bands like Doughnuts, Masshysteri and The (International) Noise Conspiracy. Adding to the melodic mosaic is the skilled guitarist and vocalist, Kajsa Poidnak, recognized for her contributions to the noise-rock outfit Rome Is Not A Town. The virtuoso on guitar and vocals, Dennis Lyxzén, brings a wealth of experience, having carved his musical legacy in numerous bands since the late 80s. The rhythmic foundation is laid by the accomplished drummer, Thomas Hedlund, known for his contributions to bands like Deportees and Cult of Luna.
